- Dignity, our inherent worth and value, is both essential and vulnerable to harm. Violations of dignity in the workplace are everyday events and need not rise to the level of trauma to have important effects on you, your team, and your work. This presentation will offer ways to reclaim your dignity and to facilitate repair after harm at work. Bonus: These also work in your non-work relationships.

Session #2 with Phyllis Quinlan - The Essential Competency for Personal Resilience, Leadership Development, and Organizational Success
- Organizational resilience begins at the top. The strength and resilience of your organization is directly related to the strength and resilience of its leaders. This presentation will address the qualities needed to lead effectively in the 21st century. Transactional approaches are not sustainable. Leadership authenticity and relatability are the qualities that will inspire and influence team members to align for a common cause.

The Presenters
Jennifer Griggs
Jennifer is a physician and coach dedicated to helping clients find fulfillment and purpose. Her approach combines scientific curiosity and poetic imagination, asking challenging questions to uncover true desires.
Jane Halford
Jane is passionate about leadership and governance. By leveraging her CPA, CEO, and board experience, she supports CEOs and boards at critical times of change.
Phyllis Quinlan
Phyllis is a seasoned healthcare professional focused on resilience, healthy work environments, and caregivers. She specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, and addressing workplace challenges such as bullying and incivility.
Registration
Are you attending solo or as a team? If two or more people from the same organization attend the sessions, then team pricing applies. Please provide the name of your organization to verify your registration.
The registration fee covers each person individually. For example, if 5 people from the same organization wish to attend the sessions, then 5 registration fees would apply. Registration includes all three session dates: April 3, 17, and 24. If you are unable to attend any of the dates, a video recording will be available online.
*Note: Our payment system does not allow multiple registrations during a single purchase. Please sign up each team member separately. Alternatively, if you require group billing and registration, please contact [email protected] and we will manually prepare you an invoice.
