The program includes:

• Eight, 3-hour online leadership growth workshops.  Topics include:
  • Leveraging your leadership strengths
  • Developing your leadership growth plan
  • Leading others
  • In-depth leadership growth plan design
  • Leading through uncertain and crisis times
  • Enabling success of your leadership growth plan
• Eight, 1-hour personal coaching calls or Zoom meetings to discuss your leadership development and growth plan
• DiSC Work of Leaders assessment and a 1-hour personal debrief of the report
• Online community to stay connected and access new leadership resources

The total program hours includes a minimum of 33 hours per participant.
